1. Description of the service

TimeSlot is an online booking platform for service businesses in Uzbekistan — massage studios and spas, nail salons, barbershops, beauty and dental clinics. Through the Service a client chooses a service, a specialist and a convenient time and books an appointment at the salon, studio or clinic, paying online or in cash on site. Businesses use the Service to manage their schedule, staff, services, passes and payments.

Some features are available without registration; making and managing bookings, posting reviews and a number of other actions require an account.

2. Accounts and access

You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google or Telegram. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see it in plain text; you can reset it if needed. Report any unauthorized access to your account to support@timeslot.uz.

3. Eligibility and age

The Service is intended for adults (18 years and older): it involves accepting online payments and making bookings. By creating an account or making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to accept these Terms.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Bookings and payments

Services are provided by independent salons, studios and clinics (“businesses”). Each business independently sets its prices, availability, slot durations, prepayment (deposit) amount and cancellation terms. If a booking crosses more than one rate period, each part is charged at the rate in effect during that part; the final price is shown before the booking is confirmed.

TimeSlot facilitates the booking and processes the payment. Online payment is made through Payme and Click, licensed payment services of Uzbekistan; some businesses also accept cash on site. TimeSlot never sees or stores bank card numbers or other card details — the payment services process them on their side.

Depending on the business's settings, confirming a booking may require full payment or a minimum prepayment (deposit); a cash booking is confirmed by the business manager. A service fee for payment processing may be added to the price. A booking is confirmed after a successful payment (or confirmation of a cash booking) per the process on the payment page. An unpaid booking is held for a limited time and then released automatically.

When a payment is split, each client pays their share via a separate link; the payment and cancellation rules apply to each share separately.

5. Cancellation and refunds

A booking may be cancelled free of charge no later than the business's set time before the appointment starts (the free-cancellation window). Once this window has passed, the booking cannot be cancelled in the Service; in the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, the payment is not refunded. The service fee is a payment-processing charge and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds are not automatic. If a refund is due under the business's terms, it is arranged together with the business and TimeSlot support and issued to the original payment method in accordance with the payment service's rules; timing depends on the bank and the payment service. 6. Conduct and user content

When using the Service, you agree to act lawfully and in good faith. You must not: break the law or infringe others' rights; post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful material; impersonate another person; attempt to disrupt the operation, security or integrity of the Service; collect other users' data without their consent; or use the Service for spam or fraud.

You are responsible for the content you post — messages to businesses, reviews of businesses and specialists, and photos you upload. Reviews must be truthful and based on personal experience. By posting content, you grant TimeSlot the right to display it in the Service in connection with operating the platform.

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

7. Businesses, specialists and independent providers

Businesses, specialists and other service providers are independent parties and do not act on behalf of TimeSlot. They are responsible for their own services — the actual condition and availability of their rooms and equipment, performing the service itself, safety on their premises, and the compliance of their services with the law.

TimeSlot does not provide the services itself and does not operate salons, studios or clinics unless expressly stated otherwise; we are not liable for the actions, service quality or obligations of businesses, specialists or other users. The relationship for providing a service on the premises arises directly between you and the relevant business or specialist.

The Service also uses third-party services (the Payme and Click payment services, Telegram, mapping services and others), whose operation is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logos and software code of the Service belong to TimeSlot and are protected by law. Business names, trademarks and related materials belong to their respective rights holders. Using the Service's materials without permission from the relevant rights holder is not allowed.

Content you post remains yours; you are responsible for having the rights to publish it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that information (schedules, prices, availability, contacts, service descriptions, reviews and other data) is always current, complete and error-free. Verify important details with the relevant business or specialist.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and may change, suspend or discontinue individual features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimeSlot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, for the actions of businesses, specialists and other users, or for the content of user content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is not permitted by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date; we will announce material changes in the Service. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are settled in the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
